Yes, all our pieces are handcrafted from 100% solid wood, including pine, cedar, and reclaimed timber. We never use particle board or veneers, ensuring each piece is durable and unique.
How do you handle shipping for large furniture items?
We use specialized freight carriers for oversized items. Orders are palletized for protection and delivered via curbside service. You will receive a tracking number and a call from the carrier to schedule a delivery window.
Do I need to assemble the furniture myself?
Most of our larger items, like dining tables and dressers, ship fully assembled. Smaller items or bed frames may require minimal assembly; in those cases, all hardware and easy-to-follow instructions are included.
What is your return policy for handcrafted items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition. Please note that custom-made orders are final sale, and return shipping fees may apply.
How do I care for and maintain my rustic wood furniture?
To preserve the natural beauty, we recommend dusting with a soft cloth and using coasters for drinks. Avoid placing items in direct sunlight or near heat vents, and use a high-quality furniture wax once or twice a year.
